All I can say is don't use them and if you do you better have a good contract from a lawyer.

Our patio that was poured by Cousino is heaving all over and in some places nearly 3 inches. It is unsafe. All we wanted is for Cousino Concrete to respond to our requests to come out and see what was happening to our patio concrete and give us a proposal on fixing the issue. Unfortunately, it took me contacting the BBB to get them to respond.
We attempted to contact Cousino several times last fall (well before winter). Finally we did reach them and Denny himself gave his word that he would be out within 2 weeks and definitely before winter. This never happened. We attempted to contact them again in the Spring. No response until 3 days after we filed our BBB complaint. Within 3 days of our BBB complaint they called and came out to see the patio. They said they would let us know what they could do to resolve the issue within 2-3 weeks. We heard nothing for weeks. They are now blaming our builder, us, or mother nature for the issue and are unwilling to do anything to correct the issue. Cousino claims to do great work and back it up. You better get that in writing.
